Chevron Publishing (part of nextmedia), Australia’s leading motoring publisher, today announced the acquisition of the Motorsport News business, including print and digital formats.
Motorsport News, which launched in 1993, is one of Australia’s foremost motorsport magazines, providing informed insight into both Australian and international motorsport. In 2007, the company launched its leading-edge online weekly magazine, Motorsport eNews, now the benchmark source of motorsport’s breaking news, opinion and analysis.
Motorsport News will continue to deliver Motorsport eNews, to subscribers as well as publish an improved and expanded monthly magazine with over 100 pages of feature-based analysis and comment on Australian motorsport, covering all the events, teams, drivers and key industry players that comprise the motorsport industry. Motorsport News will now be able to draw on Chevron Publishing’s editorial team, contributors and vast image library to produce Australia’s best motorsport publication.
