In addition to nextmedia’s Terms and Conditions, this Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to the use by you of the Nextmedia training sites and any other training product or service offered for sale by Nextmedia and/or its affiliates (collectively, “Nextmedia”). The right to use any product or service offered by Nextmedia is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity.
It is the customers responsibility to inform us of all the correct contact details and to notify us of any changes to contact names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses. We are not able to guarantee sending notifications to the correct person if we are not informed of correct/updated contact details.
By placing an order or booking a place/places for a training product you (‘you’ being the purchasing organisation, or ‘you’ being the purchasing individual) are entering into a legally binding contract. If you supply us with your organisation’s address and contact details, our contract will be with your organisation. If you supply us with your personal address and contact detail our contract will be with you. Your order or booking, and thereby the contract with us, can be made by various methods; for example: online via our website(s), email, order form, letter, verbally on the telephone or verbally during a face-to-face conversation. By placing an order or booking, and thereby entering into a contract with us, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
The content in our services is of a training nature. It aims to broaden and deepen the knowledge of the subject. In many cases the content will need to be adapted to take into account your organisation’s specific circumstances. The content in our service is not intended to replace any legal or professional advice when dealing with specific situations; neither we nor our authors/presenters can accept any responsibility for any action taken or not taken as a result of any of the content.
The price you pay is fixed at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to increase our prices without prior notification; please see our website for full and up-to-date prices.
Pricing is in Australian Dollars, the final payment will include GST. The payments is the price you pay at the time of ordering.
All training services have specific cancellation periods. Please see below for training-specific cancellation periods.
Our Live Webinar product is available by the internet only. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with the correct email address and contact details, you will be provided log-in details and requirements at time of purchase. Failure to provide correct information will result in a delay in providing the correct information to you. The price of the webinar includes access to the Live Webinar session only and depending upon the webinar, the webinar recording will be sent to you. Cancellations. No cancellations will be accepted once payment has been made. Non-Attendance is subject to the full cost of the training. We reserve the right to cancel training course within 2 working days’ notice (a full refund will be made where payment is received).
We undertake to provide the product offered with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that availability or delivery of the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You agree that nextmedia and it’s employees and agents will not be liable to you for any loss, injury, damages, costs, claims or expenses incurred as a result of any customisation of or amendment made by you to any of contents available from nextmedia Pty Ltd, or omission by nextmedia Pty Ltd or any person providing services through the sites.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time-to-time, and without giving you prior notice. We will post any changes on the training sites.
