- All supplied ads require both the creative and clickthrough URL.
- Must be supplied as a standard image format (.jpg, .gif, .png) only.
- Static .gif files are recommended over animated as Outlook does not animate images.
- Email clients that don’t support animation only show the first frame of the image, so ensure the first frame contains the desired key messaging.
- Maximum animation length of 15 seconds.
- Cannot be third-party served, but can be click-tracked.
nextmedia requires that all creative be submitted one week prior to live date to allow for testing and approval.
Please ensure that all specifications are met. Ads that do not meet all our specifications will be rejected, affecting the launch date of the campaign.
